I am an existing Reeves customer, how do I create an account?

Hit the “Register Button” on the Reeves B2B site home page and follow the steps.

I want to open a new wholesale account. What are the requirements to open an account?
Do I need a Brick and Mortar store?

New wholesale customers must have a brick and mortar store location. Photos of the store need to be submitted to Reeves for approval prior to becoming an authorized Reeves dealer.

What are the order minimums?

The minimum order dollar amount is $250.00. There are also mininum unit order amounts for each item.

What are the payment types accepted by Reeves?

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, and ACH (wire transfer).

How long does it take to open a new account?

Typically five business days after the receipt of the completed Reeves credit application, your resale certificate, photos of the store, and your opening order.

Do I need to complete a Reeves credit application if I am paying with credit card or ACH?

Yes, a completed Reeves credit application is required to set up all new accounts.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Shipping times can vary depending on seasonality but Reeves strives to ship all orders within three business days.

Do you have MAAP pricing?

Yes, Reeves has MAAP on Traditional, Holiday, and Halloween products.

Will you drop ship to my customer?

Reeves does not offer drop shipping.

Can I pick up my order?

Only authorized carriers are allowed to pick up orders at our warehouse.
